“I have had the pleasure of working with Dave at Sutherland's Home Services for several years. Dave has done everything from a complete reno in the downstairs unit of my duplex to a redo of a commercial space in the junction. Repair and reno work he has done for me includes: complete bathroom reno, replacing a rotting balcony, building a new upper deck, replacing a collapsing front porch, drywall, painting, a new kitchen, appliance install, painting interior and exterior, roof work, and building a new fence. When I am out of town, I trust Dave implicitly to deal with my tenants' concerns. His work is impeccable and fastidious and always reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dave and his services.”
